2. Physical Printed Publications (When Applicable)

When physical printed copies of our comprehensive habit guides or educational brochures are requested:

• Order Processing: Printed materials are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days from our fulfillment center.
• Delivery Timelines: Domestic deliveries within Bosnia & Herzegovina typically take 2 — 4 business days. International European shipping typically takes 5 — 10 business days.
• Tracking: Registered tracking numbers are provided via email upon carrier handover.
